Since much of our content is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we follow a strict yet fair Refund Policy as outlined below.

🎯 1. Digital Product Nature

All content available through the Hari Rao App — including but not limited to:

• Video sermons

• Online courses

• eFam access

• Downloadable devotionals

• Premium podcasts
  is classified as non-tangible digital content and is non-returnable once accessed or streamed.

💳 2. No Refunds for Consumed Content

If a user purchases a course, subscription, or digital service and accesses or consumes the content (fully or partially), no refund will be issued.

This is to protect the integrity of our teachings and ensure fair use of the spiritual content we invest deeply to create.

🧾 3. Valid Refund Scenarios

We will only consider refunds in the following limited cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same service

• You were unable to access the purchased content due to a technical issue on our end

• You were mistakenly charged after cancellation (with proof)

🔁 5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us at info@hariraoapp.com.
However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, and access will remain valid until the end of that period.
