🛑 Important: No In-App or Auto-Cancellation Available
Cancellations cannot be initiated within the app or through the app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store). All cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

Please include the following details in your email:
Full name
Email ID used to register on the app
Name of the subscription or course you wish to cancel
Date of purchase
Brief reason for cancellation (optional but helps us serve you better)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
⚖️ Policy on Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
We believe in transparency and fairness — both for our users and for the value we provide.
🚫 No Refunds for Content Already Accessed
If a user has already accessed premium content — such as video teachings, courses, mentorship sessions, or devotionals — no refund will be issued. This includes partially watched or downloaded content.
This policy helps protect the integrity of our work and prevents misuse (e.g., watching full content and then requesting a refund).
✅ Cancellations for Upcoming Billing Cycles
If you’re on a recurring subscription plan, your cancellation request (once approved) will ensure that no further charges occur. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.
⚠️ Discretionary Right to Cancel or Decline Requests
Please note:
Hari Rao reserves the full right to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request based on individual circumstances and content usage history.
Any misuse, false claims, or chargebacks without prior communication will result in account suspension and possible removal from community access.
